A campus of buildings for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, consisting of a 4No. bedroom challenging behaviour unit, 4No. single occupant bedroom flats, a 2 bedroom “moving on” bungalow and a 3 bedroom supported living bungalow.

The buildings are designed to be homely with a definite domestic aesthetic to the overall development. Each unit is designed to provide a different level of support to suit the service users needs on their progression through the service and out to independent living within the community.

Built on a former builders merchants yard, the site witnessed a significant removal of ground contaminants, prior to development taking place to remedy the site, to make it safe to build on.
