The Design Buro (Coventry) Ltd was created in 1991 with the clear objective of creating a practice with a more accessible approach to design, procurement and building. It believes the successful delivery of a building is through the customisation of our service to the clients needs.
There are four key principals of our service to the clients needs and organisational structure namely teamwork, ownership, choices and value.
This not only includes members of the design team, but extends to the client, user groups and the main contractor. For teamwork to be successful there needs to be a clear structure in which each member is valued.
Our job is to maximize the client’s aspirations within the budget available this will require a managed decision making process. In order for the correct choices to be made we will ensure the client is presented with audited options at each stage of the design process. We will not dictate solutions.
